About Adam

Adam is a professional, ASCA accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach with a Degree in High Performance Sport from ACU. Adam has gathered skills throughout his 5 years in the High Performance world with experiences with Football NSW, Baseball NSW and AM Health & Performance. Adams most notable experience comes when he joined the Sydney Kings staff as a strength & conditioning intern for the 2021/22 championship season. Adam then returned as an intern for the 2022/23 NBL season with the Kings as well as taking on the bigger role of Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Sydney Flames.

In April 2023, Adam moved over to Los Angeles, CA to work with Wasserman Basketball as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for their 2023 Pre-Draft Program. Whilst in LA he had the privilege to work with & learn from Dr. Melissa Livingston, PT, DPT, ATC. Over the 2 months Adam assisted in getting the players ready for the 2023 NBA Draft Combine & NBA Draft. It was a successful program with 4 first round picks (Kobe Bufkin, Keyonte George, Brice Sensabaugh & Julian Strawther) & 2 second round picks (Tristan Vukčević & Jaylen Clark). Adam also worked with NBA players such as Evan Mobley, Jalen Suggs, Tari Eason, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Isaiah Mobley, Jules Bernard & Chance Comanche.

Returning home to Sydney Australia, Adam runs a Strength & Conditioning business with an emphasis on Basketball Athletic Development at all levels with the goal of building strong & durable basketball players to allow them to excel on the court.

My experience at TPSC training so far has been nothing but rewarding and motivating!! Adam is an amazing trainer who takes the time to create a personalised program for each person who walks through his doors. My program has challenged me in ways that I didn’t know existed, but has also allowed me to reflect on my progress each week. Adam is always there to encourage me when I feel unsure, helps me overcome mental blocks when I’m trying to do more reps/weight and overall, training with him has allowed me to become fitter, stronger, healthier and happier. Doing personal training with Adam has let alone changed my idea of PT but also of health, fitness, good energy and self care which all in all are intertwined and just as important as the other. You can tell this man really loves what he does and you can see it in every session with him. He’s as intentional with his clients as he is in ensuring they reach and are motivated towards their goals.
